Refund Policy
At Grocery Bee, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
If you receive a defective or damaged product.
If an item is missing from your order.
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to reasons within our control.
2. Refund Process
Check the product in front of the delivery person and if you find any issue you can refund the product.
After delivered the product, the refund policy will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables) may not be eligible for a refund unless they are delivered in damaged condition.
